With over 15 years of criminal law experience, Octavio Chaidez has a passion for protecting the rights of all persons accused of a crime. Mr. Chaidez has a BA in cognitive and biological psychology with a minor emphasis in administration of justice. His desire was to understand the effects of stress, drugs, alcohol and psychological disorders on persons involved in the criminal justice system. This knowledge, in addition to his Juris Doctor degree and license to practice law gives him a unique perspective and ability to empathize and facilitate superior resolutions for his valued clients.

Octavio Chaidez sets himself apart as one of the few true experts in criminal law. He devotes 100% of his practice to criminal defense, and is known for his aggressive and successful representation of those accused. Not only is Mr. Chaidez an experienced negotiator and an expert trial attorney, he is highly respected among judges, prosecutors, and fellow defense attorneys. He appears in court on a daily basis, defending clients who are facing charges ranging from petty theft to murder. When necessary, Mr. Chaidez is prepared to take your case to trial, and maintains an experienced and tested array of consultants and forensic investigators.
